It continues to be a tale of two markets. According to the latest stats put out by the Vancouver Real Estate Board, detached homes remain in the low end of a Balanced Market with the luxury market being even slower and well into a buyers market. Condos and townhouses overall are in the high end of a balanced market with units priced under $1 million being in the low end of a seller market. Overall I would call this Spring 2019 Real estate market healthy and balanced with good homes selling in under 15 days at just under their full asking price.
