Apparently the new BC Speculation Tax and the Vancouver Empty Homes Tax combo is too much for some wealthy home owners and they're now putting their homes on Craigslist for rent. The only problem is they're asking $7,000 to $12,000. That’s hardly affordable unless you get 6 or 7 friends together and share the place.
