Wanted to share an interesting story published in the Vancouver Sun about a West End unit assembly and what can happen when the last few holdouts can get greedy. This same situation is currently playing out with several land assemblies in East Vancouver.

A final follow up on the new taxes announced by the NDP last month to try and cool the Vancouver housing market. Why the speculation tax is more than likely going to be revised with BC tax payers getting an exemption as well as cities like Kelowna and Victoria. I also discuss how the Vancouver Empty homes tax has had zero effect on cooling the Vancouver market.
