Often I hear criticism directed towards Realtors. Saying they are all quick talking salesmen who will tell you it’s always a good time to buy and sell. And as long as the Realtor is making commission that’s all they care about. In this video I explain why each situation is different and in today’s current market what would constitute a good time to be buying and selling.
