If your Strata has a rental restriction then chances are it’s reducing the selling value of your unit. There are pros and cons to having any type of restriction. No Pets, minimum age requirement and rental restriction would be the 3 main ones that can effect your values. In my opinion having a rental restriction can be the most confusing and misunderstood. It’s also the one that can cost you the most money when it comes time to sell.
