Not much has changed from my Summer 2015 update. We’re still in a strong sellers market with prices continuing to rise. I think the story moving forward is going to be on inventory levels which are well below our 10 year average. There are simply not enough homes on the market compared to active buyers and many potential sellers who are not under any pressure to sell right now are deciding to hold off on selling because the prices are continuing to rise.
