What My Investor Clients Are Buying And Why

It’s been a busy spring market for me despite the overall slowdown in sales. I’m selling good quality 1 bedroom units in downtown Vancouver to my investor clients. Most are around 10 years old, concrete buildings with parking and are selling at just over $1000 a sq ft. When you consider that all the new development in downtown Vancouver moving forward is going to be selling at over $1500 a sq ft ... vacancy rates are near zero and rental rates breaking new highs every year. Buying, renting and holding these 1 bedroom units will prove to be a fantastic long term investment.
