Interesting article in the November issue of BC Business Magazine talking about Downtown Vancouver's booming Tech industry and how their high paid employees want to live and work in the downtown core. I have seen this first hand in the type of tenants I have been getting over the past 10 years. In the past, many of my tenants and buying clients were in retail or the service industry. Now most of my tenants and buying clients are young professionals with many being in the tech industry.
