In this video I discuss a recent sale I had in Mt Pleasant. It was an old A Frame house on a 30x122 lot, zoned RT-5. This allows for a stratified duplex plus a coach house in back. The coach house will have it’s own title and can be sold individually along wth the half duplexes. I think moving forward your going to see a lot of these new Coach Homes hit the market.
