Time for an update on the current status of the pre-sale condo market. If you have been a long time watcher of this blog you will know I have never been that bullish on buying a pre-sale condo. It can make sense for a certain buyer in the lower priced entry level units but for the most part I suggest buyers look at tangible product first.
