Never Look At Offers on Day 1 In a Strong Sellers Market

With the current strong sellers market we have in Vancouver, you should never look at offers until your home has been on the market and exposed to potential buyers for at least 5 to 7 days. I often see homes selling at zero or 1 day on market. I think if you accept a quick offer on day 1 there’s a good chance you’re leaving some money on the table. In this video I will explain how I handle my current Vancouver and Richmond listings to create maximum interest and hopefully multiple offers. As a seller your goal should be to try and get multiple parties interested in your home. This is how you will achieve maximum selling price. To do this you need to wait at least 5 to 7 days to get the property fully exposed and advertised.
