With the current strong sellers market we have in Vancouver, you should never look at offers until your home has been on the market and exposed to potential buyers for at least 5 to 7 days. I often see homes selling at zero or 1 day on market. I think if you accept a quick offer on day 1 there’s a good chance you’re leaving some money on the table.
