Part 2 of my series on my new investment condo in Mt Pleasant. For the first time I bought a unit that does not come with parking. In the past few years I have noticed a trend with many of my prospective tenants in that many are giving up the car in order to have a newer unit in the city. They are simply walking to work, riding their bikes, using car share programs or taking a short transit ride to get around. In this video I will explain my reasoning for not buying a parking space and where i think this trend in headed in the future.
