In this blog I explain the process in finding a quality downtown Vancouver condo. There are no shortcuts in creating a list of the quality buildings and units that you want to go after. It takes time to tour all the buildings and reading all the strata documents. It all starts with location and from there I follow about 10 other criteria in determining if it’s a building worth putting on my preferred list for my clients.
