While we're still in a state of lockdown in BC, the Vancouver Real Estate market is slowly starting to come back to life. 2 weeks ago I started putting the listings I cancelled back on the market. So far, interest and activity has been quite good as buyers are starting to slowly get back into the market. Much too early to predict if COVD-19 will have any lasting impact on Vancouver prices.
